Aware Lens Agenda is AI-first agenda management software for local government. It learns the format of the agendas you already publish, produces new ones in that format with statutory notices verbatim, posts each as an immutable version, and carries every item into the meeting, the vote record and the minutes.

No. Aware Lens learns the layout from agendas you already publish — section order, statutory notice language and letterhead — and reproduces it.
Can a posted agenda be changed?
Not in place. Posting creates an immutable version. Changes are published as an addendum beside the original, so existing links keep showing what was noticed.
What happens to a tabled item?
It moves to the later meeting with its full history attached, so nothing is retyped and the record of what happened to it is preserved.
Are agendas translated?
Agenda documents are produced in English. Translation applies to the published meeting page — captions, transcript, summary and interface.
