What is Aware Lens Vote?
Aware Lens Vote is a tablet-first vote and roll call console for the clerk’s seat. It captures attendance, motions, movers, seconders and each member’s vote during the live meeting, shows settled results on the chamber display and livestream, and feeds the minutes and Excel exports.
The accurate half of the record comes from the person accountable for it.
Legacy systems either ignore votes entirely or add a voting-hardware contract with its own installer and its own invoice. Neither puts the record where it belongs: with the clerk, in the moment, on a screen that does not get in the way. Aware Lens Vote makes the clerk’s console the source of truth — and the council looks organized doing it.

Do we need voting hardware?
No. The console runs on a tablet at the clerk’s seat.
Can it read a spoken roll call?
Yes. A spoken roll call is matched against the member roster, and the clerk can override any entry.
What appears on the chamber display?
Only settled results, in large type, and the same result on the livestream. In-progress tallies are never shown.
Can we export vote records?
Yes. Vote records and attendance export to Excel with one row per fact.
