Does ADA Title II apply to commissions?
Yes. Commissions, boards and authorities created by a state, county, municipality or school district are part of state or local government under ADA Title II. Meeting video they post or livestream must meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Special districts have until April 26, 2028; others follow the population of the government that formed them.

Is there a special district deadline?
